My origins as a doctor
Born has Setubalense, he met medicine through the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Lisbon and during his medical career joined the Air Force cadres ascending at the post of Medical Colonel having headed the Orthopedic service and eventually became the Clinical Directorate of the Hospital. Was granted him, by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Dr. Jorge Sampaio, the Commendation of the Order of Merit and the respective Degree of Commander. In December he was awarded the Gold Medal, "International Sports Merit", of the Portuguese Football Federation
